Return Policy:
- We do not accept returns for any orders placed with South Shore Screenprinting. This includes orders with sizing issues, changes of mind, or any other reason.
- If there was a printing, manufacturing, or production mistake on our end, we will gladly send a replacement to the customer at no charge.

Refund Policy:
- We do not offer refunds for any orders. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- If there was a printing, manufacturing, or production mistake on our end, we will provide a replacement order free of charge.

Replacement Policy:
- If the shipment was lost or stolen, or if there are issues with sizing, the customer must place a new order for a replacement. We do not handle replacements or refunds for such cases.
- If there was an error in the shipping address provided by the customer and the package is returned to us, we will notify the customer. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees for reshipment.

Process for Order Replacements:
- If you believe there was a mistake on our end or if you require a replacement due to shipping address errors, lost shipments, or sizing issues, please email us at info@southshoreprintco.ca.
- In your email, include the invoice number and details of the issue, along with any relevant photos if applicable. Our customer support team will assist you promptly in resolving the issue and arranging for a replacement order if necessary.

Art Fee's for Screenprinting, Embroidery and Graphic Design:
- Screenprinting Setup fee starts at $8.00 per colour, per placement.
- Embroidery Digitizing Fee starts at $35.00.
- Art/Design/Vector Fee's start at $50.00 per hour

Policy Updates:
- We reserve the right to update our return and refund policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policies will be reflected on our website.
- Customers are encouraged to review the policies periodically for updates.
PLEASE NOTE: We offer basic artwork and basic logo design free of charge ONLY under the agreement that you place an apparel order with us which meets our screenprinting and embroidery minimums. If you decide not to place an order once any artwork has been started we will charge the hourly rate and any other fee incurred in the process.
